Swedish Pancakes

3 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
¾ cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour and spread a thin layer of batter in pan. When browned, turn over and brown on other side. After all are done, spread with melted butter, roll, and top with strawberries, and whipping cream, or powdered sugar. They’re sort of like a crepe.
