Cornbread

Cornbread

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1tbsp baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients first then add wet and stir. Bake in oblong greased pan (somewhere between 8x8 and 9x13) for 20 min at 400 degrees.
