Chicken Bundles

1/8 red bell pepper, chopped finely
5 ½ ounce cream cheese (2/3 package)
1 green onion, chopped finely
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 TBS parmesan cheese
2 Pillsbury crescent roll packages
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped
1 package of Shake & Bake

In bowl, mix bell pepper, cream cheese, green onion, parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper. Add chicken, and stir really well or gently mix. Take two triangles and make / smooth into one rectangle. You’ll have 8 rectangles together. Place large spoonful of filling in crescent rolls. Fold up and cover in Shake & Bake. Place on greased pan and bake at 400˚F for 10-15 minutes.
