Muddy Buddies

1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c. powdered sugar
½ c. peanut butter
1 c. choc chips (I like milk chocolate)
¼ c. butter
9 c. chex cereal

Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside. Microwave choc. Chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave in 1 qt. bowl, uncovered for 1 min. Stir. Microwave 30 sec. longer, or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into large plastic food storage bag and add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in fridge.
