Taco Chicken with Corn Salsa

This is another one of John's favorites. If you mix the salsa ahead of time, leave out the avacado until just before you serve.

4-6 chicken breast portions
Taco Seasoning
2 tbsp. oil
1 avocado, chopped
1 can corn with green and red peppers
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. chopped red onion
2 tbsp. lime juice
Chopped cilantro to taste
Put oil in frying pan. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken until covered. Fry chicken in frying pan until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Meanwhile, mix corn, avocado, red onion, lime juice, honey, cilantro and 2 tsp. taco seasoning. Serve over the chicken.
