Speedy Wheat Bread

Speedy Whole Wheat Bread

2 ½ to 3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
2 teaspoons salt
3 pkg. active dry yeast
2 ¼ cups water
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg white, beaten
Sesame seed, toasted

Place ingredients in bread machine and turn to dough. Spray bread pans with non-stick spray. Heat oven to 375˚F. Divide dough in half and place evenly in pans. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when lightly tapped. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool on wire racks for 1 hour or until completely cooled.
