Hot Wings

1-2 bags of chicken wings
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Wash hot wings. Then salt and pepper them. Wrap wings in foil and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 350˚F. Remove from oven and take out of foil. Set aside. In non-stick skillet at medium-high, sear Louisiana hot sauce for about 10-15 seconds. Place wings in skillet and turn until done.
