German Pancakes

German Pancakes

12 eggs,
2 c. milk,
2 c. flour,
½ t. salt,
1 cube butter

Cut the cube of butter in half and melt it in two glass 9x13’s at 450 degrees. While butter is melting, blend together all the other ingredients (either in blender or hand-held). When butter is sizzling pour batter in pans and bake for about 18 minutes. We like to serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar (fresh blueberries are amazing on it), or smeared with applesauce.
