Banana Bread

Banana Bread

7 c. flour
1½ T. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
1 T. salt
2½ c. sugar,
1½ c. shortening
, 8 eggs,
1/3 c. milk,
4 c. bananas,
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Beat sugar and shortening together until well-blended. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and bananas. Pour into 10 greased small loaf pans. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.
