Cranberry Chicken

Cranberry Chicken

1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
4 oz. Russian salad dressing (Wishbone is really good)
1-2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
4-6 frozen chicken breast halves cut up into bite size pieces

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased baking dish. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, and then bake in 350 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Serve over prepared rice.
