Super-good chocolate cake that doesn't need frosting

1 box devil's food or swiss chocolate cake mix
1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine all of the ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixer and blend on low for 30 seconds, then medium for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips with a spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured (don't skip these steps) bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 10 or 15 minutes and turn out onto a serving plate. Sift some powdered sugar on top if you want and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. You can frost it too, but it's good plain
