Pumpkin Bread

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp each of cinnamon - cloves - nutmeg
In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat 2 Cups Sugar with 1 cup Vegetable oil until blended. Add 3 Eggs 1 at a time, beating well each time. Beat until very light and fluffy, and then beat in 2 Cups of canned pumpkin. Measure all dry ingredients into a sifter or into a medium sized bowl. Sift into pumpkin mixture. Stir until combined. Pour batter into 3 greases loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 50-60 min. Test with a knife in the center. When it comes out clean, it's done.
